West Texas A&M University, Career Services and NACE are committed to preserving the privacy of our students, alumni and employers regarding electronic personal information.

Job listing, on-campus recruiting and résumé services are provided through the NACElink Network, a web-based national recruiting system, the result of an alliance among the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), a nonprofit professional organization for career centers and employers, Employers Association, a nonprofit association of national employers, and Symplicity Corporation, an advanced technology provider for higher education and government. Key Points:

1. Site user profile data and student/alumni résumés will reside on NACElink Network servers. NACElink Network servers are hosted by Symplicity Corporation. Students/alumni data may be used in reports developed for internal institutional studies, etc.  NACE's commitment to all users—schools, employers, and students/alumni—is that NACE will maintain the confidentiality of all information collected on NACElink and NACE will not sell, transmit, or disclose in any fashion this information to any other organization.  
    

2. Student/alumni primary résumé is viewable in the résumé database search by employers who specifically recruit at West Texas A&M University. If you do not want employers to view your résumé from this search, change the selection to "no" next to the question "Include in Résumé Books" in the Privacy Tab in your Profile section of BuffJobs.
