INTERNSHIP

• Application Form- Gives us basic information on you.  Print out, complete, and bring to an internship orientation.  Orientations are held every Thursday at 12:30 in the Career Services office. 

• Memo of Understanding Employers & students complete at the beginning of an internship.

• Learning Agreement Form- Once a student is placed, this form is completed by the student and the employer at the beginning of each semester.

• Ethics Statement- These are our expectations of every student seeking an internship.  Every student must have a signed form in their file in order to participate in the program.
